NTP Usage Reports

  • How can I view my NTP usage?

    • You will receive an NTP usage report on a monthly basis that will detail your business' Data Repository usage and the total number of users from your company on the platform for the month.

     

  • When will I receive my NTP usage report?

    • You will receive your NTP usage report within the first week of every month.

     

  • How will I receive my NTP usage report?

    • You will receive your NTP usage report in the "My Documents" folder of your Data Repository.

     

  • Who in my business can view my business' NTP usage report?

    • All users with an NTP account in your company will be able to view the report.

    You may utilise the Group Permissions feature to limit the access of certain users in your business to the report.

     

  • I accidentally deleted the NTP Usage report. How do I retrieve it?

    • Documents deleted from your Data Repository can be found in your Recycle Bin. You can restore the deleted document from your Recycle Bin. If you have deleted the document from your Recycle Bin, the document cannot be retrieved.
