Pricing and Fees

  • How much does an NTP account cost?

  • The basic end-user NTP account for Business Users is based on a monthly subscription. For further details, please refer to our fee schedule under Pricing and Fees.

  • Why do I need to pay a monthly subscription fee for my NTP account?

  • The monthly subscription fee is used to offset the cost of running the NTP.

  • Do I need to pay to use Data Repository?

  • If you are on the NTP-Lite Account, the first 50MB of data storage space in your Data Repository is free.

If you are on the standard NTP Account, the first 5GB of data storage space in your Data Repository is covered by your subscription fee. Any additional space required is chargeable based on usage.

For further details, please refer to our fee schedule under Pricing and Fees.

  • What are the charges to connect to the NTP via API/SFTP as a Business User?

  • For business users, there may be a one-time cost involved in setting up the API/SFTP connection, depending on the integration support option chosen.

If you choose to do self-service integration, there are no charges. If you require assistance with your integration, the charges will depend on the number of man-days required on-site ($1,200 per man-day, capped at $12,000).

You may contact the NTP Helpdesk to request for an estimate of the man-day cost for the integration charges and technical requirements.

  • What kind of support is available to assist me in integrating with the NTP?

  • There are 2 approaches to integration support:

    • Simple self-service option where we will provide you with documents and guides, including phone call to support your own setup.
    • 1-on-1 onsite technical support to assist you with the integration with the NTP.

For the breakdown of costs, please refer to our fee schedule at Pricing and Fees.

  • If I opt for the 1-on-1 technical support, what is the estimated duration to support me in integrating with the NTP?

  • The 1-on-1 onsite technical support is based on the support that your company is requesting from the NTP to help your integration efforts should you not be able to complete the self-service integration on your own. Hence the scope and effort is dependent on your specific request. Onsite technical support is not required if your company can complete the setup on your own.
