Businesses are encouraged to submit trade declarations via TradeNet and access our eServices via the Networked Trade Platform (www.ntp.gov.sg).

Account Setup

  • What are the steps I need to take to register for an NTP Account on behalf of a business (e.g. Business, Societies etc)?

  • Only the Key Personnel (KP) of your business can complete the registration of an NTP Account on behalf of a business. The KP will represent your business to accept the NTP Terms and Conditions.

    KP refers to an individual whose particulars are registered with:

    • Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) for the purposes of a registration of a business entity; or
    • Issuance Agency of the Unique Entity Number for the purposes of an application for a unique entity number.

    The KP will require a Singpass account for the registration of the NTP account.

     

  • Do I need any documents when registering for an NTP Account via Singpass?

  • No documents are required to register for an NTP Account via Singpass.

     

  • After registration, how long does it take before my NTP Account is activated?

  • After registration, your NTP Account will be activated immediately. An email notification will be sent to the email address provided that the account has been created. Once you receive the email, you may proceed to login to your account

     

  • If I am from an overseas business, how can I register for an NTP Account to transact on behalf of the overseas business?

  • Only users from businesses registered with ACRA are eligible for an NTP account. 

    If you are from an ACRA-registered business and have an NRIC/FIN number, you can use your Singpass account details to sign up for the NTP via the NTP Homepage. Do note that the Key Personnel of your business has to register your business on the NTP first. Click here for more details.
