What is a VAS Provider?
Who qualifies to be a VAS Provider on the NTP? How do I apply to be a Value -Added Service(VAS) provider on NTP?
Do I need to inform the NTP if I plan to carry out penetration testing or performance testing on my application?
A VAS Provider is a business entity that offers a Value-Added Service on the NTP.
You can express interest to be a VAS Provider if you offer business services for the Trade & Logistics industry, and can effectively integrate with the NTP to facilitate data exchanges.
Please contact us at NTP_Operations@customs.gov.sg to find out more about registering as a VAS provider.
If you plan to carry out penetration testing or performance testing on your application, you do not need to inform us.
However, do note that you are required to abide by the NTP Acceptable Use Policy and VAS Providers Service Agreement. Any penetration testing and performance testing must not affect application or compromise the security of the NTP and its users.
