For companies to apply for Customs Ruling on the applicable valuation methodology and principles before importation.

Application for Customs Ruling on Origin Determination of Imported Goods

For companies who wish to seek Customs Ruling on the country of origin of their goods imported from partners of Singapore’s Free Trade Agreement (FTA)  and the determination is based on the applicable FTA Legal Text.

Application for Customs Ruling on Classification of Goods

For an importer or a local manufacturer who wishes to seek advice on the Harmonized System (HS) classification of their goods.

Application for Supervision Operations

For submission of e-file application for Customs’ supervision relating to:
(a) Application for Unstuffing and Direct/Partial Release of Consignment under Container Freight Warehouse Licence
(b) Supervision at Customs Licensed Premises
(c) Supervision at Non-Licensed Premises
(d) Supervision under Temporary Import/Export Scheme (Permits or Carnets).

Certificate of Free Sale (CFS)

For companies who wish to apply for a Certificate of Free Sale to certify that the good/product is freely sold in Singapore.

Hand Carried Exports Scheme (HCES) Permit Clearance Status Query

For traders that use the Hand Carried Exports Scheme (HCES) and are not subscribed to the NTP HCES service, to confirm that the HCES permits are endorsed after the goods hand-carried out of Singapore via the Changi International Airport have been cleared by Singapore Customs.

It provides a single platform for Singapore's trade and logistics community to fulfil all import, export and transhipment related regulatory requirements. Through TradeNet®, Singapore Customs and other Competent Authorities monitor the movement of goods and enforce health, safety and other regulatory requirements.

Login to TradeNet® to retrieve information and status of applications submitted in TradeNet®, generate Cargo Clearance Permit (CCP) printout and Permit listing, and other TradeNet services.

Permit Clearance Enquiry

This service allows you to enquire the clearance information of your cargo clearance permit(s) (import, export and transhipment for both containerized and conventional cargo). Please note that cargo clearance permits that are not required to be produced for clearance at the checkpoints will not be searchable via this service.
