Businesses can continue to submit trade declarations via TradeNet and other requests via our eServices (www.customs.gov.sg/services) or the Networked Trade Platform (www.ntp.gov.sg).


Please note that from 11 April 2021, you will be required to login to government digital services for business (G2B) using Singpass instead of Corppass. For more information, visit go.gov.sg/corporate-login.

The NTP will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on the following dates:

  • 19 June 2021, Saturday from 03:00 PM to 20 June 2021, Sunday 03:00 AM
  • 26 June 2021, Saturday from 03:00 PM to 07:00 PM

During this period, Portal login, API and SFTP connectivity will be unavailable.

Overview

The Networked Trade Platform (NTP) is a one-stop trade and logistics ecosystem which supports digitalisation efforts and connects players across the trade value chain – in Singapore and abroad. It aims to provide the foundation for Singapore to be a leading trade, supply chain and trade financing hub.

The NTP is a:

  • One-stop trade information management system linked to other platforms
  • Next-generation platform offering a wide range of trade-related services
  • Open innovation platform allowing development of insights & new services with cross-industry data
  • Document hub for digitisation at source that enables reuse of data to cut costs and streamline processes
