Activate/Update/Terminate Customs Account

This service allows entities to activate their Customs Account so that they can transact with Singapore Customs. Entities can also update their particulars/ contact details or terminate their Customs Account here.

Application for Registration as an Exporter of Duty and GST-Unpaid Liquor and/or Tobacco Sea Stores

All exporters of duty and GST-unpaid liquor and/or tobacco sea stores are required to be registered with Singapore Customs before an export permit can be obtained via TradeNet.

Application for SDPC Marking on Cigarettes

This registration form is required to be completed by importers and manufacturers of cigarettes to obtain Singapore Customs’ approval for SDPC marking on new brands or variants of cigarettes meant for sale or consumption in Singapore.

Application for the Authorisation of Declaring Agent(s)

This service is for you to authorise your Declaring Agent to use your:
- Inter-Bank GIRO for the payment of duties and GST for your customs permits; and
- Security for your permit applications.

Apply for Cargo Agent’s Import Authorisation

Application for Cargo Agent’s Import Authorisation (CAIA) Scheme allows cargo agents to take delivery of their air cargoes from ground handling agents before obtaining all the relevant customs permits from the importers or partner cargo agents handling the house shipments. The CAIA cargo agents can then break-bulk the cargoes in their warehouses located within the Changi Free Trade Zone.

Apply for Vessel Registration

Vessels of net tonnage (NT) between 75 and 300 (inclusive) that are intended to be used to carry dutiable liquors and tobacco (L&T) products for the purpose of export or transhipment by sea will be required to register with Singapore Customs.

Claimant Application by Embassy, High Commission Consulate, accredited Trade Mission and International Organisation

For Claimant Application by Embassy, High Commission Consulate, accredited Trade Mission and International Organisation with the MFA as supporting agency. Claimant Organisations can register a Claimant to be granted Goods and Services Tax (GST) relief and/or duty exemption here.

Claimant Application for Non-Business Entities

For Claimant Application by the following non-business entities:
- Foreign Military Forces
- Government Agencies, SAF Camps and Affiliated Clubs
- International Organisations supported by an agency other than the MFA

Claimant Organisations can register a Claimant to be granted Goods and Services Tax (GST) relief and/or duty exemption.

For Claimant Application by all other entities (e.g. companies, businesses) apart from Embassy, High Commission Consulate, accredited Trade Mission, International Organisations, Foreign Military Forces, Government Agencies, SAF Camps and Affiliated Clubs. Claimant Organisations can register a Claimant to be granted Goods and Services Tax (GST) relief and/or duty exemption here.

Register for TradeNet

TradeNet® is Singapore's National Single Window for trade declaration. It provides a single platform for Singapore's trade and logistics community to fulfil all import, export and transhipment related regulatory requirements. Through TradeNet®, Singapore Customs and other Competent Authorities monitor the movement of goods and enforce health, safety and other regulatory requirements.

Register for TradeNet® to retrieve information and status of applications submitted in TradeNet®, generate Cargo Clearance Permit (CCP) printout and Permit listing, and other TradeNet services.

Registration of Web Manifest Reconciliation Statement (WMRS) Scheme Users

Under Regulations 11 and 12 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations, the owner, master or agent of a vessel is required to submit the Manifest Reconciliation Statement (MRS) to Singapore Customs for sea consignment under the MRS Scheme. Authorised users will be required to login using Singpass to submit the MRS via the Web Manifest Reconciliation System (WMRS). This form allows new companies to register as WMRS Users and only authorised MRS users are allowed to submit MRS on behalf of their company.
