 Return of Supporting Documents for Selected Permits

This Form allows companies to submit supporting documents for the following permits:
a) TradeNet Permits issued with permit conditions Z02, Z06 or Z18
b) TradeNet Permits queried by Permits Compliance Branch of Singapore Customs via letter references with prefix "S"
c) ACCESS permits queried by Permits Compliance Branch of Singapore Customs

 Voluntary Disclosure Programme (VDP) - Login with Singpass (for individuals or self-registered traders with no UEN only)

The Voluntary Disclosure Programme (VDP) Form allows individuals or companies to voluntarily come forward to disclose their declaration errors and omissions to Singapore Customs. Applicants are reminded to collate all supporting documents and attach them in the VDP submission.
